In this built, I'm trying to find lowest price for better performance parts. The price may increase or decrease from the stated price point by 5%, it may differ as I'm from Sabah. Anyhow I'll update this post as soon as I get news or updates from my sources. Hope it helps ;)

TYPE 1:
CPU: AMD Sempron AM3 145 (2.8 GHz, 1MB L2 Cache, 45w TDP) = RM 120
Mobo: BIOSTAR MCP6P3 = RM 170
RAM: KVR 2GB DDR3 1333 MHz = RM 60
HDD: Samsung SATA 160GB 7200 RPM = RM 120
DVD: LG SATA 22x DVD-RW = RM 70
Casing + PSU: Generic ATX Casing 450w = RM 100
Total: RM 640

TYPE 2:
CPU: AMD Athlon™II 250 (3.0 GHz, 2MB L2 cache, 65w TDP) = RM 180
Mobo: BIOSTAR MCP6P3 = RM 170
RAM: KVR 2 GB DDR3 1333 MHz = RM60
HDD: Samsung SATA 1TB 7200 RPM = RM 170
DVD: LG SATA 22x DVD-RW = RM 70
Casing + PSU: Generic ATX Casing 450w = RM 100
Total: RM 750
*Add another RM 60 for 4GB with another 2GB Dual channel
*Get 160GB HDD, subtract RM 50

TYPE 3:
CPU: AMD PHENOM X6 1055T (2.8>3.2 GHz, 3MB/6MB L2/L3 Cache, 125w TDP) = RM 559
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-MA74GMT-S2  = RM200
RAM: KVR 2GB DDR3 1333 MHz = RM 60
HDD: Samsung SATA 1TB 7200 RPM = RM 170
DVD: LG SATA 22x DVD-RW = RM 70
Casing + PSU: Generic ATX Casing 450w = RM 100
Total: RM 1150
*Add another RM 60 for 4GB with another 2GB Dual channel
*Add RM 300 or 500 or 1000 for a normal GPU, if all-out add RM 2.5k for ultimate graphic performance.
Examples:
ATi RADEON HD 5450 (Crossfire) = RM 200(x2 RM 400)
ATi RADEON HD 5570 = RM 280
NVidia GT 420 = RM 280
ATi RADEON HD 5770 = RM 520
Nvidia GTX 550 = RM 540
Nvidia GTX460  = RM 700
ATi RADEON HD 5970 = RM 2.4k
*There's actually more GPU to be recommended but my these are all good cards that I know off, there might be others out there even better though.
