I tried doing this with step-by-step screenshot but damn, I felt dumb after the 7th screenshot so I'll just make a quick video:

Recap:
1. Go to Run by hitting "Windows Key + R" (windows key? search in google)
2. Type in or copy paste C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc and hit ok
3. Copy the file name hosts and paste it to your desktop.
4. Go to properties of the file and make sure read only attributes is deselect.
5. Now open it by using notepad.
6. Go to the bottom, and paste:

203.106.85.66   www.facebook.com
203.106.85.66   facebook.com

*You can disable by putting hash e.g (#203.106.85.66   www.facebook.com) and enabling it back by putting hash tag.

7. Save it and close it.
8. Copy the hosts file that's edited on the desktop to the original location:
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc
9. If prompt to replace or overwrite, affirm it and proceed.
10. That's all remember if you have any question, just asked.

Mumbo jumbo explanation:
To be detailed it is due to the tsunami that shook the underwater cable that severe the connection from Malaysia to Facebook server thus the increased time in delay, what makes matter worst the influx of Malaysians during peak hours also contribute to the slowdowns. Now the method we just did was redirect the traffic to a server in Malaysia instead of going to that underwater cable. That server was meant for mobile access to facebook, providers such as maxis, digi and celcom use that to increase load speed for mobile access to facebook. So there might be a problem while loading Facebook games but the speed compares as before is incomparable so there the give and take in this method. So bascially to recap once more, this method re-reoute your connection instead of going to the problematic connection to facebook, it redirected it to a server in Malaysia. Get it? How i know? i got this from another blog. Any question just ask
