This problem occur to me when I was infected by a TR/Dropper (a Trojan which emulates a Virus) and hides all my folders in my hard disk and gave me shortcuts. Long story cut short, my hard disk was cleaned and vaccinated but the effect remains, which was all my folder became a system folder, and being a system folder it's attributes cannot be modfied through folder properties:
1. And thus it needs to be change through CMD (Command Prompt). Open command prompt (Go Run, type in CMD and start)
2. In CMD go to the Hard Disk or Pendrive Drive letter such as D: or E:
3. And put it attrib -s -h (folder name)
*The folder name cannot be more than 2 words.
4. Hit enter and "Everything Will be Ok"
