Here's a nifty vbs script I found. Pretty simple just download it and execute it and it will automatically restart and calculate the time taken from boot till you see your desktop. Note: Some antivirus might pick this up as virus since it's a vbs script (most virus come at this form) don't worry, just trust me.

1. Open it.
2. It will prompt you to click OK or Cancel, "OK" automatically restart your machine, "Cancel" will close it.
3. Once you see your desktop it will tell you how long.
