What's Uploading?
Uploading is an activity of transferring data/information to another place (usually to a server)


What's File Sharing?
It's a practice or activity involving a distribution of digital data/information from one party to another using a file hosting site, FTP, P2P and etc.

Why Upload Files for File Sharing?
These are a few points but it might gives you some idea on how to use it.
  • Distribute data/files/information to friends, students, and lecturer or any audience you want.
  • Doesn't need your computer to be online or functional for your audience to retrieve/download the files.
  • A method of online backup/storage.
  • A way to share your files to an open audience, not bound to just one network but to all (public)
