Install Microsoft Office 2007 on Xubuntu 12.04

First you must have winetricks and wine in order to proceed. Just to make sure you have the pre-requisite do and update on all your software:

     sudo apt-get update
     sudo apt-get upgrade

Then install Winetricks

     sudo apt-get install winetricks

Now you can proceed.

1. Install Microsoft Core fonts package:

     sudo apt-get install msttcorefonts


2. Open Winetricks, choose default prefix and Install a Windows DLL or Component.

3. Choose these components:

    a. dotnet20
    b. gdiplus
    c. msxml3
    d. riched20
    e. riched30
    f. vcrun2005

4. Choose these components:
